Depends on your definition of "worst". If it the one who brought the least to their group of friends, probably Phoebe. If it was the one who brought the least to the show, probably either Phoebe or Chandler. The most self-centered might have been either Rachel, Joey, or Ross.

I'm just going to go with Phoebe. Although she had her occasional moments, the show would have been just as well without her. I struggle to remember one big Phoebe storyline and, among the group, she had the fewest connections. Four members of the group were romantically involved, so the remaining two were kinda left out. Then, of the group, Ross, Rachel, and Joey seemed to get the most storylines. And Joey / Matt LeBlanc was huge at the time, even if he never really made it big after the show (although I loved Episodes) while Jennifer Anniston became a reasonably big name and then the chick who played Monica had a reasonably good run with Cougar Town.

Actually, in terms of success after Friends... let's see... there's a net worth list but that can't be right.

From what I can tell, though, Jennifer is by far the most successful cast member followed by Courtney Cox (who I forgot was in the Scream films). None of the others seem to have been huge afterward. Matt LeBlanc had a lot of work, but nothing was huge. I guess that might be enough to qualify him as number three. The rest all kinda seem about equal, although at least Kudrow has some films I recognize.
