They censor violence pretty heavily over there (recurring thing for this series especially of late) but apparently Ethan doesn't even lose his fingers in this version so he has a complete left hand for the whole game! They also completely remove any indication of him losing his hand to Lady D in the catacombs and block you from looking up when Ethan is tearing himself off the hooks at the start of the castle.
