Depending on the severity of the violation, then yes, some sort of administrative measures should be taken as an appropriate response. Especially if they breached a contract with the place of employment where any sort of racism towards a coworker or clients were involved. Even if they do not act or say anything racist on the clock? Eh... If they're still on the property, wearing the uniform away from work, and/or promoting racist comments and act as if the companies condone it, then sure.
