I work in a college town, so the people here don't wear much...if possible. But just cause it's common doesn't make it much better... If you wanna stay cute, that's fine, but wear condoms or use some birth control unless you wanna pass off insecurities to the next generation. As far as the park handling all this...I mean, up to them. Sounds like the family was doing something to keep catching a security guard's eye (daughter riding her heelys I guess) and then they power tripped over her shorts.
