Its doing the same thing for women, LGBTQ, etc. If you're white with a southern accent and had it mocked, go ahead and check that off and hopefully people realize that too and don't do it to you. You can't just ignore the context of everything else going on in the course so that you can claim the checklist itself is innocuous. All that other stuff from the article, whether phrased to be baiting or not, exists in the training material as well and is given alongside with the checklist. But let me ask you more fundamental question. How do you respond to the fact that multiple studies have been performed on this type of training and nearly all of them, if not all of them, have come to the conclusion that they don't work? You can want to try and reduce racism in the country while also acknowledging that these types of programs are ineffective or damaging.
