I love how they made it more combat centric, even though that kind of killed the atmosphere VII had(at least for the first 2/3, the atmosphere and pacing kind of dropped when you got to the boat in VII). I really don't think they could've topped VII's atmosphere and story telling, so this was a pretty good way to go about it.(even though I'd love to be able to kick or even suplex staggered enemies) I'm only at the part where you kill the giant lady and find out that Rose is already dead, but not really? I just hope the game stays good, and doesn't shit the bed.
