Not a single person I've met in those 26 years has seriously talked about killing black people. Of course there's racism and I wouldn't blame black people for being uncomfortable in towns that are 80%+ white, but no one is crossing that line into murder. I have, however, met teenage girls who have attempted to hang themselves. Depression is a huge issue (among everyone but I believe it's tilted a lot worse towards teenagers in the past 10 years due to social media) and is the far more likely scenario here. People are assigning this made up racial motive to this situation where there really is no evidence of one right now. It's just spreading fear and misinformation. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
