The problem is that it is utterly forgettable. Compared to almost all of the other MCU films, that's one huge fatal flaw. My bottom 3 of the MCU are this as well as Incredible Hulk and Ant-Man and the Wasp because they just don't do anything to make themselves truly memorable. Often when you ask people what the best scene is from TDW they'll say Loki transforming into Cap - a brief visual gag with no bearing on the story. This is really sad considering how important the events are to the overall "Infinity" story, but it gets worse.
