Please tell us how the experience is like. My cousins ate at a two Michelin stars and three Michelin stars (or was it one Michelin star and two Michelin stars?) restaurants in France. According to my cousin, he thought the "lesser" of the two was a better experience and worth the money. The extra cost involved for the higher of the two, did not seem worth it.

What's the fanciest restaurant you've been to?
Not exactly comparable to any Michelin star restaurant but I would say these two have been the fanciest/favorites of mine. Gordon Ramsay Steak in Las Vegas, NV and Alexander's Steakhouse in Pasadena, CA.

Have you ever tried to make reservations for an exclusive place months in advanced?
I entertained the thought of going to Sukiyabashi Jiro in Japan but I think at this point one needs to have a certain hotel reservation to even have a chance of getting reservations.

Realistically I would have to settle for the younger son's restaurant or try n/naka in Los Angeles.
