A relative of mine is always saying that people don't know how to work these days. It's one thing if a job has a lot of turnover every few months---that would mean that the work and pay were OK but that employees are on the lookout for something better. But when people flat out won't apply for a position, or apply but only stay for a couple of shifts, something must be wrong with the job. If there is a $1 trillion factory job problem, then there is something wrong with an awful lot of factory jobs out there. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
