Not enough mechanics, or electricians, or welders, or wood workers, not enough CAD people. People just aren't doing those things these days, not like they used to. The pay is decent for an electrician, but who's doing it? People aren't using the pandemic time to learn to weld, or learn to fix CNC machines. They are learning to code, they are learning IT stuff.
