Nope. The people being hired at $15 for Target are getting barely part time hours. Are you familiar with the term 'paper tiger'?

Also, Target and many other bo retailers have a ceiling for advancement if you do not have a degree. You can only move up so high without that piece of paper. I left my job at Walgreens when I was training someone who'd never worked retail for an assistant Mgr job that I was passed on solely because I did not have a business degree. Theyll let you do management work,sure, but they won't give you the title or pay without a degree. And if you have that, why the fuck would you waste it on retail?
