Well, unless I'm misreading, you're proposing that instead of buying the Countach (which is not a $500k car btw) he should give everyone $5k...just because? All due respect, if you understood business, you'd know that random gifts/money for absolutely no reason actually decreases productivity by setting an expectation. Give them $5k for no reason, and 2 months from now, they'll be asking when you're going to randomly give them money for absolutely no reason again. Much like children, workers thrive on consistency
