They don't need to be trained or given an office. Etc.

The accidents and the insurance cost would more than make robots worth the money. Factories around here a very slow to update though. They are basically the same as they were when they were built in the 1950s.

Would you risk your life in a coke plant to make $9 An hour?

Or inhale dust for 10 hours a day and get lung disease at 45 for $9 an hour?

It's really kind of ridiculous that they complain about not finding workers. They blame the workers for wanting better pay and conditions.
