Your hours can and likely will fluctuate from 8 to 12+. You might get "suprised" with your orders/quota being double or even tripled which means you may not have a day off for weeks or even months working 12 or more hours a day. Here if your particular area is doing good and has no outstanding orders on say a Monday they may place you in other areas to pick up the slack, which can last for weeks. By the time you're done helping other areas your original area may have a surplus of orders so you have to bust your ass to catch up. As others have said the pay is abysmal and not worth it, unless it's all you have available to you.
