Depends on what the factory does and the positions. The ones I had teenagers walking out on was at Shutterfly lmao. They were literal button pushers, very little physical labor involved. Same when I was at a sensor/transducer manufacturer, no heavy lifting or muscle needed, just boring af and repetitive. But of they can stfu, show up on time, and sort parts for 8 hours they were making $36-$40k/yr with full benefits and no experience needed. that's not bad at all.
