You only have 2 rounds per senior executive suite before they run/destroy themselves and refresh the units, so I ended up using a preceding turn to buff myself. I then used the first turn to get them down to half HP using whichever person deals the weakness (Haru, mostly), then use the 2nd turn to finish them off, with Panther doing a coup de grace with her exceptional magic stat.
