That's something I loved in WoW -- even the "nothing" bosses got VA work, much of which was good (and some of which was wonderfully memetic). The voice acting is a huge reason why Stormblood/Shadowbringers MSQ trials, Orbonne, E8, and E11 are so hype. In ARR and HW, I understand budgets were constrained, but at this point, it feels like there's no real excuse.
