Astro Man (Mega Man & Bass) / Chill Man (Mega Man 10) astro man is just...so fucking cool and weird chord-wise. very transpose-y with some weird trippy tonal center changes; and i love this sort of funky dungeon music style. very much my kind of tonality/atonality, i love pretty much everything about it. and chill man is even more cool and weird chord-wise; but somehow implying all these bizarre harmonies with intense polyphony limits. despite totally different instrumentation you can TELL it's "megaman 8 composer" and that's wonderful, your writeup says it all. . Still having 5 of my top 10 in your top 50 is pretty good (and 7 in your top 60!). definitely not what i expected from losing some stuff i loved so early. glad it hung on this long. of the remaining favorites for me. all 3 mm5 examples are still alive, and one's from mm7 and another from mm10. Which tracks are those?!?!?!?! (honestly it is probably not that hard for someone who knows my tastes adequately enough, even based on what i've said in this topic, to guess) --- time ...
