The only two notable Mega Man games where Wily isn't the main villain are Mega Man V GB (where he is the penultimate boss but not the final boss) and Rockman & Forte: Challenger From The Future (where he does not appear at all!). There's also Super Adventure Rockman but who gives a shit about that.
