H0LD_Austin_Era 04/30/21 10:14:56 AM #424: | I'm using a 10lbs dumbbell only. I do about 25 reps & 3 sets. Then 25 pushups of 2 sets. I'm waiting mid-month in May to do crunches cause situps I think messed up my stomach and I got bad pain. I have a 20lbs dumbbell also which I don't plan to use until late summer.
