| kateee 04/21/21 2:31:32 PM #60: | kateee posted... straight ranked choice clarification on how this works: tally of all 1st place votes if one choice has at least 50% of total votes, it wins; if not instant run-off choices with lowest vote totals eliminated and voters who had eliminated choice as 1st have their votes redistributed to their second choice and so on i actually went back through all the past votes using this system and only 3 out of the 16 votes would have had a different result. although there were small possibilities for change in some cases with unranked votes. # of total votes would still probably be used in tiebreak situations though. ...
