It looks to me like there's still post-battle quotes; they just happen alongside the rest of the battle results that are now being integrated straight back into overworld exploration. That might cut it for 7 remake and any other big budget jrpg, but this is Tales, man. I want some really weird mini cutscenes after every battle. --- while you slept, the world changed ...
