The first line of the Constitution empowers the government to promote the general welfare - which includes a healthy populace. The willfully unvaccinated cannot and should not dictate public health policy. Arizona and Florida can ban vaccine passports all they want but the marketplace (businesses and the vaccinated) has already decided which way they're going. Just look at what Ticketmaster is working on. And it ain't Florida and Arizona's way.
