It's fun but absurdly forgettable. The first season kinda sucked (especially the first few episodes), but the second and third seasons were more enjoyable. It takes like the whole first season to get into the show. >_<

I think part of the problem is that it leans too hard into the running continuity and it tries to have too many story angles at once.

Other than that, a lot of it comes down to Tiabeanie. The show feels like it was writing a guy but just swapped the gender then lampshaded some of the more masculine elements. At the same time, some of the situations wouldn't work if they involved a guy because they play around with medieval sexism a lot. (And then Elfo is just plain unlikable... actually, Luci is probably the only likable character on the damn show. I might be forgetting some of the supporting cast, though.)

I wanted to really like the show because Matt Groening did great work with the Simpsons (well, for parts of the run) and Futurama had its moments as well, but I'm not sure that Disenchanted will ever really take off in the same way and I think 90% of the reason is just the less episodic format which ties their hands at times. However, if you're creating something for a streaming platform, there's a push for continuity.

Oh, and the sign puns are great at times.
