Yes. People who think they can go on vacation just as they used to and not take caution or follow safety protocols are the problem. Plenty of people (myself and my wife) included have been smart and safe about following guidelines, wearing masks, getting vaccinated and staying away from heavily populated areas. If you can follow basic rules and have a little common sense it's not particularly dangerous to travel now.

If some people are still not comfortable travelling then that's fine. But they shouldn't be judging others who are doing what they can to keep themselves and others safe while traveling. There's a difference between safe travel and travelling like the pandemic is over.
