Usually you can find some growling or something, but hordes can scatter with enough time, so I guess that's what happened. Shablagoo posted... For one of the mission hordes I got glitchy-stuck on the outside of a window frame on a building and just slowly picked them off for like an hour lol I've only seen them glitch out a little at that one gas station, where they couldn't properly climb from this pit onto the highway.
