It's one of those "originated in the game" examples I mentioned. It's obviously an insert song in Steins;Gate. Steins;Gate was released 10/15/2009. But it was also released by a single by Ito Kanako on 10/28/2009. I'm also pretty sure it's been on a SciAdv-ish album she released (and how I purchased it digitally.)
