You can get 'em for a flat 400 credits (per use?) and it's often cheaper than spending 800 on individual refills. Hell, my Chicago Chopper with all its upgrades and ammo perks takes 600+ to refill on its own, and that's without factoring in more expensive stuff, like MG ammo.
