I mean, on the technicality, sure, there's washington square park. There's grant's tomb, there's bryant park...but I'm just going to go out on a limb and suggest that you're not going to feed 9M people with that acreage.

I mean, call me crazy all you like, but I'm pretty sure once you're done trying to squeeze whatever you can out of a few hundred acres of grass and fish the Hudson dry...CT isn't going to let you fish the Sound dry...at the end of the day NYC is unsustainable as a city-state by any metric.

Again, let's just ignore the whole existence of urban agriculture lol. There's a whole slew of better arguments you could be making in favor of your farmers rise up plan, but focusing on non-existent issues of limited acreage isn't one of them.
