Right now she wants the following.

1. To take the car I just bought her and me to make the payments. (She has mentioned possibly paying it herself).

She can have the car, but needs to agree to either a) take on the loan herself (basically completely remove yourself from it) or b) in months which she doesn't pay the same amount will be deducted from whatever support you are giving (since this is support).

2. Me to not move out of my house and continue living where I am.

You'd have to counter with say a 1 hour/30 mile radius or she can claim you went back on the agreement.

3. Our child to be able to go back and forth whenever he pleases.

Maybe after a certain age, but you'd need to agree on a minimum.

4. I assume continue providing medical. And I guess car insurance.

I know it's tough to get reasonably priced medical in the US, but that's a hard no for me. You don't want to risk a jump in premiums. You should continue any medical for your child though.

5. Give him money when he needs it. I guess.

What does this mean? Like if he wants a new computer does this mean you have to get him one?

6. Let her use the pool in the summer?? Lol wtf???

7. Have custody of the child be agreement.

Do you mean joint custody? That's fair. The main risk is that you both seem to disagree quite a bit so it could leave the child in limbo.
