Topic	You're thoughts on people who uses 'They/Them' as pronouns?

Maybe its a feeling of freedom from being shackled to traditional gender roles but I dont really know. It also makes me wonder what the point of he and she are. Is it just a quicker way to identify how Ill likely feel about the person sexually/romantically? Situations where sex is important like medicine are going to require more than the pronoun anyway.
