No, but it's potentially a separate factor. No matter what, the only reason she's with him now is because she's known him for years. The only question is to what extent he tried to steer them together and from what age. The fact that she's 19 now wouldn't excuse him if he was behaving inappropriately when she was much younger. However, at the same time there's the possibility that it can be more organic simply because she's known him all this time, he's been in a position where she may have seen him as more of a peer, and he doesn't look his age (even if he certainly doesn't look *her* age). But given the fact that he was in a position of authority at one point -- and even if he wasn't -- the question of whether grooming was involved is pretty natural.
