That happened to me with box 1. Drove me up a fucking wall. At that point, I stopped trying to grind the event far enough to get the free Satan. but I doubt I'll be able to clear the level 60 maps at my rate, since I only just hit level 40 a few days ago. Thankfully, that doesn't really matter in the end since all of the "gather the material to roll the box" quests have the same stamina-to-reward ratio.
