So either A, the interpretation seen in this topic is accurate, and Cornyn is complaining that Biden isn't acting as openly (on Twitter) as Trump, or B, Cornyn is being a hypocrite and trying to paint Biden as some anomaly, while whitewashing Trump's lack of conventional media presence.
