I don't know what you have to work with, but here's my general thought process:

Team 1, you need fire, you need rock shield breaking, you ought to have cryo for chamber 3, and you absolutely need someone to help control the field in chamber 2. Surprisingly anemo MC does this fine with Palm Vortex, but if you have a better option, bring them. Something like Diluc - anemo - Diona can usually cover your bases. Without Diluc, it becomes a little more muddled because pyro claymore carry does so much here.

Team 2, you just want people who can crank damage. You have to handle shields in 1, but you need to mow down the cicin mage in 2 en route to taking the hammer and fistfighter out swiftly and away from the monolith, and you just need to go absurdly fast in 3.
