Should be. Divine Beast Vah Ruta was in the last contest, for example. I suppose you could make a very technical argument that Vah Ruta's dynamic changes happen such that you would never have to interrupt the song so you could very plausibly have it run through all the variants unbroken so long as you don't leave the dungeon whereas with, say, Tarrey Town, you frequently have to leave to do its quests so an unbroken version of the song wouldn't exist in-game.

...But with the relaxed eligibility rules I don't imagine you'd have much to worry about.
