I've been suffering neck/shoulder pain for like a week now and while I'd been just powering through it, it started getting so bad I couldn't sleep so I had to get it checked out. Apparently tightening in the muscles is/was literally pulling my spine out of its natural state. Got some medication but it makes me very sleepy so that's unfortunate.
