the dog owner was irresponsible because the dog was unleashed, she was also useless because she couldnt control her animal, and she was entitled because she expected others to do her job.

and instead of apologizing she acted as if she were the victim, doing her drama thing on the ground, and all the idiots around here were like awwwww poor Karen lets give her our attention.
