Down to three(four?) characters to unlock, and I also just unlocked the blue baby/ blue womb, as well as Keeper. Not losing angel/devil room chance from taking red heart damage going into curse rooms is a very welcome change. As is the ability to drain your red hearts entirely on blood donation machines, down to all empty if you have a soul heart. Eternal hearts are also not lost with blood donation machines or iv bags anymore as well, at least not before the red hearts. The shop nerf (restock / reroll) machines are super rare anymore...
