You should never blame someone for someone else's suicide unless: 1) They have a long, pervasive and documented history of psychologically tormenting the individual or 2) They literally goaded the person into doing it The only "crime" (if you can call it that) for which she's guilty is cheating on him. That's extremely common and, while a douche thing to do, cheating on someone doesn't suddenly make you complicit with suicide. It's not like she should've thought "I better not do this, because what if he finds out on the same day he loses his job and has a breakdown?"
