Typically I just kinda go until I hit 2 miles. Sometimes if I wanna do some jogging in there I can do it faster, other times I kinda just wanna take my time and walk. If I were instead just to do 50 minutes of walking at let's say 3.3 MPH, is that better than 35 minutes where I fluctuate between 3-5MPH? --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
