It helps, sure, but mostly for giving access to two additional talent levels, one of which you probably won't be doing because it costs a crown. Unless you have a character that scales from HP or DEF, the benefit of going to 90 is relatively small. Far more likely, you need a better team composition. I would think basically anything not-cryo would be fine on those floors, even if obviously pyro is ideal. Hu Tao should be fine for one side. Xiangling supporting your best other team should work for the other.
