Topic	When's the last time you had your mind blown by a video game?
davidponte 04/01/21 2:53:13 PM #11:	Hades was probably the last one to blow my mind in a purely gaming way. I couldn't believe how great it felt to play and just how flat out fun it was to learn and keep going. A better answer is probably The Last of Us 2. It blew my mind that a game that looked that good could run perfectly on my base PS4 Slim (although it did become a jet engine while playing), and my mind was also blown in terms of story and emotion, which is much more of a controversial take than any of the other things I've listed. I don't think a game has ever caused me to go from (The Last of Us 2 Spoilers) hating a character to the 10th degree to eventually sympathizing and actually wanting to see the same character succeed over the protagonist of the story. If you told me that I'd empathize more with Abby than Ellie by the end of the story, I would absolutely never believe you. --- I was the final Undisputed Champion in UCA history, but azuarc was our Guru Champion! <cite>davidponte posted [p:952358387] in When's the...
