He's just giving a more honest answer. And Daniel Bryan could leave, and I'm sure that AEW would throw money at him to get him, but WWE probably just offered even more (assuming his last contract was signed when AEW was around). But for guys like Christian and Big Show, they've been doing this for even longer and have presumably been smart with their money so far. They're getting paid good in AEW, but WWE didn't care about Christian or Big Show and barely tried to get them to stick around on a legends contract to block them. Moxley was a current main eventer who left because he knew his star power could grow from his current level without being under WWE's thumb, and the timing was right with AEW. --- I stream sometimes.
