Usually when they do appear, they're not just clothing, they're weapons or parts of weapons. Kratos, for example, has his blades attached to chains. Ghost Rider just uses chains as weapons.holding gear/like you said, being weapons, plus just looking cool, there's no reason any character has to be anything more than a normal looking guy with a rifle practically --- w h e r e s t h e g i a n t m a n s l e y ...
