I reckon the only way a woman would win is if its a strong woman against a weak man, and even then itd have to be a very strong woman. If you give the average woman a 3.5% chance of winning, then you would expect 0 to win 5% of the time, 1-5 to win 50% of the time, and 6+ 45% of the time (binomial distribution). So your opinion here is that a woman would win 3.5% of the time in this matchup.
