I liked the movie more than I thought I would, especially due to people saying it wasn't as close to being funny as the original, and I thought that she did a good job in her role, but I'm kinda surprised by her nomination, if I'm being honest. It was a really weak year for Best Supporting Actress roles and she's the perfect recipe for a nominee. Breakthrough/fantastic/hilarious performance by a complete unknown that the Academy can recognize. Only thing is she was a co-lead so it's a bit of category fraud.
