Topic	whats happening with the pokemon tcg (and other tcgs) is making me sad [sadfaqs]

Scalpers aren't worried about sitting on product because they mark them up so high they don't have to sell very much to break even, and as human history has shown, people can't stop themselves from buying from scalpers when they have no other choice. The company producing them can attempt to flood the market, but they can only do it as much as retail will allow them.
