I was gonna post progress reports each week. I started dieting n exercising again. I used to train mixed martial arts so luckily Ive got a very strong sense of focus when getting into shape, I was just depressed the last 3 months eating nothing but pizza and ice cream lmao. But Im out of that funk. Anyway Ill just skip last two weeks n start with today. Regimen: same meals each day banana/all bran cereal/tuna on wheat/carrots/applesauce/shamrock protein shake/some random protein snack/Morningstar veggie meal/broccoli
8 min abs on YouTube each day
alternate chest/arms with leg/core 5x a week
run 5x a week. Cardio is the most important thing for anyone. The better cardio you have the better shot you have of taking punches kicks etc without getting knocked out. Its why the Diaz brothers are so hard to knock out.

ill keep updating each Sunday if this threads around. my goal is visible abs and a return to my old cardio level (5 miles in 35 mins was my old pace)
